Please note that 2 full business days’ notice is required for all cancellations. Late cancellations or non-attendance will incur the applicable cancellation fee. Please see details below.

For private paying clients

Initial session: $265

Subsequent session: $230

For clients under a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP)

All sessions under a MHTP from their GP will receive a Medicare rebate of $101.52.

Initial session: $265 — out-of-pocket expense: $163.48

Subsequent session: $230 — out-of-pocket expense: $128.48

For DVA clients

DVA will not cover a late cancellation (less than 2 business days’ notice) or non-attendance.

For WorkCover clients

WorkCover will not cover a late cancellation (less than 2 business days’ notice) or non-attendance.

Psychological service fees increase on 1 July each year to coincide with the Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommended guidelines. These fees are below the APS suggested fee of $330 for a 45-to-60-minute session.

Fees for supplementary or non-standard consultations will be advised at the time of booking an appointment.

All fees are GST inclusive (where applicable).

Most health funds offer rebates for psychological services. This will depend on your health fund and level of cover. Please contact your health fund to check if you are eligible and to claim any rebates.

Non-Direct Services

Progress reports to referring general practitioners will not incur a fee.

Where a client requests additional reports or letters, a fee equivalent to our hourly consultation professional fee, pro-rated on a 15-minute basis, will be charged. Fees will be discussed prior to preparing the report.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least two full business days’ notice prior to the day of your scheduled appointment.

A business day is a weekday, Monday to Friday, other than a public holiday. The day of your appointment is not included as a business day.
