Psychological service fees increase on 1 July each year to coincide with the Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommended guidelines. These fees are below the APS suggested fee of $330 for a 45-to-60-minute session.
Fees for supplementary or non-standard consultations will be advised at the time of booking an appointment.
All fees are GST inclusive (where applicable).
Most health funds offer rebates for psychological services. This will depend on your health fund and level of cover. Please contact your health fund to check if you are eligible and to claim any rebates.
Progress reports to referring general practitioners will not incur a fee.
Where a client requests additional reports or letters, a fee equivalent to our hourly consultation professional fee, pro-rated on a 15-minute basis, will be charged. Fees will be discussed prior to preparing the report.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least two full business days’ notice prior to the day of your scheduled appointment.
A business day is a weekday, Monday to Friday, other than a public holiday. The day of your appointment is not included as a business day.
DVA and WorkCover clients, please be aware that cancellation fees are your responsibility and are not covered by DVA or WorkCover.
